Abstract
This article discusses a set of diagnostic models for assessing the technical condition of an upper stage, created using the methodology of Automated System-Cognitive Analysis (ASCA). The procedure for constructing statistical and system-cognitive models based on the processing of large volumes of telemetry data is described. During the analysis, the initial data is transformed into a training sample—a database of events. Subsequently, cause-and-effect relationships between these events are identified, enabling the transition from data to information and knowledge. The resulting models accumulate knowledge about the state of the upper stage in various forms, depending on the observed values of the telemetry parameters. A numerical example based on empirical data is provided to illustrate the model-building process.
